Registration Fee for International Delegates:

On or before 10th July 2026 (Early Bird):
Delegates (IOS Members): USD 200
Delegates (Non-IOS Members): USD 300
Full-time Students: Free*

11th July 2026 and after:
Delegates (IOS Members): USD 300
Delegates (Non-IOS Members): USD 400
Full-time Students: Free*

* Notes for Full-time Students:
To receive free registration, all Full-time Students MUST:
(1) Be a Student Member of the IOS; and
(2) Have at least ONE abstract accepted for presentation; and (3) Send valid Student ID or a Proof of Full-time Student Status signed the Department Head of the institution, to the IOS Secretariat via email: iObesitySociety@gmail.com
Otherwise, they should register as delegates.

Cancellation:

A cancellation charge of USD 30.00 will be applicable for any cancellation made on or before 15 July 2026. No refund will be applicable for cancellations after the date.
