Submission Method:

All abstracts MUST be submitted online via the official Abstract Submission Form below.


Format Requirements:

Abstract Template: Download and use the abstract template below
Language:​ English
Word Limit:​ 300 words maximum (excluding title, authors, and affiliations)
File Format:​ Submit as a Word file (.doc / .docx)
File Size:​ Must be less than 1MB

Abstract Structure:

All abstracts MUST be structured under the following headings:

Title, Objectives, Methods, Results, Conclusion


Review & Presentation Format:

All submitted abstracts will undergo blind peer review by the Scientific Committee. Accepted abstracts may be selected for Oral Presentation​ or E-Poster Presentation. The decision of the committee is FINAL.
